Fundamental to an effective investment strategy is sound risk management. We work to align the investment of assets with the charitable intent of the foundation by employing varying degrees of liquidity and risk as appropriate.
We believe the strategies we employ are designed to participate in up markets and outperform in down markets, with the ultimate objective of providing income while preserving capital. In addition, the use of non-traditional alternative investments such as hedge funds, private equity, and real estate allows us to lower a portfolio’s correlation to the stock market and generate more consistent returns.
